My name is Ryan and I am a musician. I play the trumpet and write songs and arrangements for my band and bands for whom I play. Currently, my biggest musical passion is songwriting. I strive to write songs that are honest, well-written and well-produced.
I love playing the piano. I'm enjoying the challenge of learning a new instrument and using this new voice as a catalyst to write songs and arrangements.
As of late, my biggest musical influences come from the genres of soul and singer-songwriter. June Marieezy, John Mayer, Allen Stone, Jim Croce, Norah Jones, Tingsek, Justin Timberlake, Citizen Cope, Lukas Graham, Jamie Cullum, Nicholas Payton and The Association are a few artists from whom I'm drawing inspiration.

FEATURED SONG
This month's song is called "Never Really Said". It's a cross between Americana, Folk and Jazz. The groove was inspired by John Mayer's "Who Says" and features the tasty playing of Tommy Detamore on steel guitar.
